The Drendel & Jansons Law Group will refund overpayments or billing statement adjustments approved by the primary attorney or the office manager.  Anyone who is entitled to a refund must contact the attorney responsible for the matter or the office manager, stating the reasons why a refund should be given.

The rules of professional conduct do not allow attorneys to guarantee results.  Refunds will not be provided on the bases of the results of your case.  Disappointment with the representation should be addressed to the attorney who represented you.  We strive to provide the best representation that we can, given the facts and circumstances of each client’s matter, to the extent that those facts and circumstances are under our control.  If you are unhappy with our representation, we want to know about it and to explore ways that we can provide better service to you and all of our clients.
